Service Description
At Little Pistachio, our Trial Lesson and Assessment is a welcoming and personalized introduction for students of all backgrounds, abilities, and experience levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or have prior knowledge, this session is designed to meet you where you are. During the session, our expert instructor, Grace, takes the time to not only assess the student’s current skills, knowledge, and learning style but also to acquaint herself with parents or guardians. In our experience, a student’s progress in music is greatly influenced by the collaborative efforts of teachers and families. Building strong communication channels ensures that everyone is aligned in supporting the student’s growth and success. This session allows us to match the student with the ideal teacher while fostering a strong foundation of trust and partnership between the instructor, the student, and their family. Cancellation Policy
Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. No-shows are treated as late cancellations. If you need to reschedule a lesson and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, we will do our best to arrange a makeup lesson based on teacher and studio availability. All makeup lessons must be completed within one month of the original lesson date. After one month, the lesson will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or rescheduled. If a student arrives late or a lesson start time is postponed for any reason, the lesson may still need to end at the originally scheduled time. This helps prevent delays for back-to-back students and keeps the schedule fair for all families. If Little Pistachio or the teacher needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, the lesson will be credited or rescheduled.
